Shipping Charges

Hourglasscosmetics.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders $100.00 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments less than $100.00 there is a charge of $7.95 for standard shipping. In most cases standard shipping will arrive UPS Ground. This offer is only available for orders from the Continental U.S.

International, P.O. Box, APO/FPO Military Addresses, and US Territories deliveries are not available at this time.

Order Status

Once your order is confirmed, it will usually process within two business days. (We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays). If you have any questions regarding the status of your order refer to your tracking number or e-mail us at info@hourglasscosmetics.com.

Returns and Exchanges

Every item sold by hourglasscosmetics.com is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any hourglasscosmetics.com purchase and would like a refund or a replacement product, simply send the unused portion to us within 30 days, in its original packaging, accompanied by your hourglasscosmetics.com order receipt to:

Send your package via an insured and prepaid method; we recommend that your return or exchange is sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post to insure prompt delivery.

Refunds will be credited to your original pay method for the price of your product, and sales tax, if applicable. Unfortunately all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Products purchased through hourglasscosmetics.com may not be returned or exchanged at any retail location which sells Hourglass cosmetics. Only items purchased on hourglasscosmetics.com may be accepted for return or exchange.
